I wanted to share same experiences that I had the last months with the Members area management system from Mansion Productions.

The product itself is amazing, tons of features, options and possibilities; it is a huge time saver for everybody that runs a paysite, if you run multiple paysites you can't find a product on the market that can offer you the same as MAS® does.

I asked for a couple things which I wanted to have included in the script, they found solutions for it and customized my script every time in one day after I asked for it.

Support: The biggest nightmare of every webmaster is having something go wrong with a script, a server related error or any problem and not being able to get in touch with somebody right away to fix it. The guys from Mansion Productions always took care of my problems within minutes.

I don't know when they sleep but whenever I had a problem, no matter what time it was I was able to reach them and they took care of my problems within minutes.

For anybody looking for a solution to manage pay site members areas I can only recommend MAS®.

I too use the MAS® system and it's the best system around! I use to be tied to a programmer who ran my in-house content management system, but he bailed on me, leaving me holding my dick in my hands. I had to start from scratch and I picked the MAS® system after seeing all the features they offer. Now that I use the MAS® system, I can sleep at night! I have been using their system for about a year now! Whenever I need help with something they are right their for me! The best part for me, I know they are not going to bail on me! I never ever worked with a company more professional then the Mansion Production guys.

I even realized customisations (very very special ones) with them and I was afraid, that they don't understand what I want, because I am not a progger and english is not my mother language. But they came up 2 days later and showed me where I was wrong and the result was much more than perfect.

Support is excellent and even when they are not the very cheap ones in the market, they don't charge you for every little thing. They give you a 100% result of what you have ordered on the exact price you agreed and not one cent more.

Before I worked with mansionproductions, I payed less, but never got what it had to be. Now I am saving money by paying a little more, because they are ALWAYS online and helping within minutes. There are not many companies around with the vison just to have the most satisfied cutomers - mansionproductions is definately a recommendable exeption of the mass.

We've recently re-developed our entire network using MAS® and we're very happy with it. There are various leased content providers (feeds) that are a part of the suite that you can integrate in about 5 mins flat - it's a nice value-add.

It's very well priced - keep that in mind when you're considering the lease option.
